Established in 2018

We are a small consulting firm newly based in Kirkland, Washington.  We have deep industry experience with multi-national corporations, non-profit organizations and small local businesses.  We show up for our clients and bring the best of what we have learned over many years of experience.  We work with talented partners from our vast network to make sure we can get you the tools you need to be the best.

Our Goal

Our goal is to give you and your team the tools you need to be effective and meet your goals - whatever they are.  We can show up for a day every year to run feedbacks or support your presentation needs on a weekly basis.  We are flexible and adaptable so that you can get the service you need.

Kelly McDonald
​Managing Senior Partner

Kelly is a native of Oregon but has lived all over the world.  She is inspired by individuals and teams reaching to achieve their highest potential and knows authentic conversations and structured thinking are a key to making that happen.  Kelly has spent many hours designing and leading training workshops, coaching teams and leaders and running businesses and projects.  She is a skilled facilitator and presenter and enjoys having the kinds of conversations that are rich soil for people to learn and grow.

Ro Verdeja
Managing Senior Partner

Ro is a native of the Dominican Republic but has been a citizen of the world for more than half his life.  He is multi-lingual and brings his creative storytelling soul to his work.  Ro has surpassed  the legendary 10,000 hours to be an expert but approaches ever project with fresh eyes.  His enthusiasm and passion for storytelling is at the center of his passion and his success.

​In spite of Kelly's best efforts, Ro is still a cat person.
